Overview

Symphonie offers a unique collection of phone cases and accessories inspired by timeless art. We ensure that every piece is delivered directly to your doorstep (or, if the courier cannot find you at home - to post office or post box) at no additional cost.

 

Delivery & processing times

All of our products are printed on-order and that means that we only start production of your product after the purchase is made.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, with a less than 48 hour average.


Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Europe - 3-10 business days
  • North America - 8-14 business days
  • Oceania - 8-16 business days
  • Rest of the World - 8-14 business days

 

Shipping prices

  • Europe - 3.95 EUR
  • North America - 5.95 EUR
  • Oceania - 7.95 EUR
  • Rest of the World - 5.95 EUR

Orders that are over 45 EUR will have FREE delivery.

 

Locations we are not shipping to

While we strive to reach customers worldwide, there are certain regions where shipping is not available due to logistical restrictions. These include:

Antarctica, Belarus, Cabo Verde, Cuba, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Isle of Man, Northern Mariana Islands, Pakistan, Russian Federation, Saint Barthélemy, Sri Lanka, Swaziland, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia, Ukraine, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Pitcairn.
 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ensure that you won't have to pay any Customs, Duties or Taxes.

 

Tracking & delivery updates

After your purchase is shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking code and a link to see where your order is. 

It might take a couple of days for tracking details to show up. Initially, your package is sent to a logistics center in Frankfurt for its first tracking update. 

Sometimes, there might be a day or so without new info as the package moves. 

To track your order, use the "Order Lookup" section on our site with your order ID and email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact our support team for help.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We compensate (refund or exchange) all faulty, defective or damaged items. If you received such a shipment, please contact our team at support@thesymphonie.com as soon as possible.

In the help request, please include pictures of your product and a brief description.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, / or may also be sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, and / or both. Therefore, Symphonie reserves rights to refuse such returns at its sole discretion.
